Dean’s Speech

Dear ladies and gentlemen…

 

Good greeting.

 

The College of Administration and Economics was established in 2009. The college currently includes three academic departments: Accounting, Banking and Financial Sciences, and Business Administration. More than 2,000 male and female students are enrolled in the morning and evening studies. The scientific departments offer a number of distinguished programs in the field of preliminary and graduate studies (Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) in various disciplines under the umbrella of administration and economics.

These departments contribute to preparing and qualifying human cadres and providing them with various knowledge and skills that qualify them to contribute to building the nation in the future.

 

The college includes a group of distinguished professors with their scientific and knowledge production, who have contributed and are still actively contributing to enriching scientific research with research and scientific studies, and in providing solutions to the challenges and problems facing the public and private sectors through a number of research and advisory centers in the presence of the advisory office and the college’s Journal of Administrative and Economic Sciences to enhance partnership With the various societal sectors, by providing quality advisory and research services that meet the increasing demands for studies and research from the public and private sectors through the advisory office, in addition to the great role of the College Journal in enriching the knowledge content and publishing scientific research for various researchers from inside and outside Iraq. A group of students who occupied and occupy important positions in various ministries and state departments have also graduated from the college.

Our mission is to develop and supply society with scientific disciplines that support economic, administrative, accounting and statistical activities within the public and private sectors. The quality and quality of education and academic specialization are our priorities, as we always strive to develop an educational plan that is distinct and appropriate to the needs of development through drawing up the curricula and courses offered by the college in order to maintain a distinguished scientific level for its graduates by developing their skills and abilities for lifelong learning and providing them with knowledge to become effective influencers in their communities and sites career in the future.

Finally,

I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all the academic and administrative cadres in the college who have a great role in achieving the college’s mission, vision and goals.
