College’s Goals

We launch the message of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Al-Muthanna from translating its vision, which is consistent with the implementation mechanisms of the government program, which is to strive for:

  1. The entry of Iraqi universities into the international rankings,

A real twinning of Iraqi universities with international universities,

Reducing slack, creating an academic atmosphere, and raising the scientific level

  1. Establishing private universities with international standards and quality

Encourage parallel education.

Among the above five objectives, the College of Administration and Economics has embarked on updating its vision, mission and objectives in the short and medium term, as well as formulating a long-term strategy to facilitate the achievement of those goals, with a focus on

  1. Staff development and training
  2. Development and training of the teaching staff
  3. Updating the scientific curricula to keep pace with the development and modernity in the administrative, financial, economic and accounting sciences
  4. Partnership with the private sector within the fields of education, industry, agriculture and investment
  5. Partnership with the government sector within the field of oil, local and foreign investment, and strategies for developing the banking sector as well as the administrative sector
  6. Introducing undergraduate and postgraduate studies programs in line with the needs of the labor market
  7. Scientific and research partnership with the corresponding private education

8.- Twinning with the prestigious international faculties of management and economics

9.- Research and educational exchange with local, Arab and international colleges-

  1. Developing the scientific journal of the college and providing it with international cadres in terms of specialization and scientific and research output
  2. Develop and activate the work of the consulting office and make its services accessible to the beneficiaries directly and through activating the electronic consultation service for the university and the ministry as well as the local, Arab and international community
  3. Digital transformation of college services at the level of administrative and scientific units (departments and units) according to a specific timetable
  4. Developing the college’s library, diversifying its sources and updating it to keep pace with the expansion of the college’s specializations, as well as to keep pace with the latest administrative, leadership, financial and accounting theories locally and internationally and make its electronic services easy to access by students and researchers.
