Department of Financial and Banking Sciences panel discussion on 10.27.2015 the third episode for the academic year 2014-2015 entitled (the state budget .. challenges and ambition) delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud al-Taiy.
And it included a discussion a number of themes related to budget and how to prepare and what are the resources that depend on it and what are the operations of preparation and the stages of the role of the Ministry of Planning in the preparation and discussion in the House of Representatives and what is the role of the Ministry of Finance to cover paragraphs after approval and then the implementation phase has also been discussion the budget deficit and its causes.
